Would definitely recommend for a brief hiatus

The owners were incredibly welcoming and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from everything in Kilkenny. However, the walls were a bit thin, making it hard to avoid noises from neighbors. Breakfast was delightful and filled with hearty options.

Centrally located, this B&B offers a spacious, clean room with a skyline view of St Mary’s Cathedral at sunset. The hosts, Angela and John, are exceptionally friendly, going out of their way to help with luggage and provide local tips. Breakfast was delicious, with options like corn flakes. However, finding the place was challenging due to one-way streets, and the wood stairs can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Celtic House B&B. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Kilkenny. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including a delicious full Irish option that really hit the spot. The location felt central, making it easy to walk to various attractions. Hosts Angela and John were incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. However, I did experience a minor inconvenience. While my partner is a vegetarian, we had mentioned this beforehand but only received a continental breakfast option. We could have communicated this better, but it still left a little disappointment.

Absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to the castle and town center 🌟. The breakfast was scrumptious. freshly made bacon and eggs! Just wish there were hair dryers in the room.

We were late checking in yet they were very accommodating, handed us the key like it was no big deal. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the full Irish breakfast made my day. The atmosphere was very homey, like we were visiting friends instead of a hotel.

It was a bit pricey for what we got but still acceptable.
